Arrival in Punta Cana
Airport welcome, transfer, accommodation and a shared introduction to the journey.

Day 1
Punta Cana → Montaña Redonda → Punta Cana
approx. 170–180 kmAn introductory stage to get familiar with the motorcycle and local traffic. Coastal scenery, country roads and the first sweeping views across the east.

Day 2
Punta Cana → Boca de Yuma → La Romana → Santo Domingo
approx. 190–210 kmA ride through the eastern countryside, sugarcane fields and older roads towards the capital. The stage ends in the historic atmosphere of Santo Domingo.

Day 3
Santo Domingo → Cotuí → La Vega
approx. 175–195 kmWe leave the coast for the green interior. Changing landscapes, small towns and a gradual approach to the central mountain region.

Day 4
La Vega → Santiago → Puerto Plata
approx. 120–140 kmMountain roads, bends and viewpoints accompany the crossing from the centre of the country to the Atlantic and Puerto Plata.

Day 5
Puerto Plata loop
approx. 120–140 kmA loop combining the coast, smaller towns and quieter roads around Puerto Plata. The day can be adapted to the group’s pace and interests.

Day 6
Puerto Plata → Sosúa → Cabarete → Las Terrenas
approx. 190–210 kmA long scenic stage along the north coast with the Atlantic, tropical beaches, seaside towns and the changing landscape of the Samaná Peninsula.

Day 7
Las Terrenas loop • Coffee Route • El Limón
approx. 60–75 kmA shorter adventure loop through the tropical interior, coffee country, village roads, light off-road sections and the waterfalls around El Limón.

Day 8
Las Terrenas → Sánchez → Bayaguana → Hato Mayor
approx. 150–165 kmWe leave the Samaná Peninsula and return to the authentic interior, with green plains, small communities and less-visited regions.

Day 9
Hato Mayor → El Seibo → Higüey → Punta Cana
approx. 130–150 kmThe final stage passes through traditional towns in the eastern Dominican Republic before closing the loop back in Punta Cana.

What riding experience is required?+
Basic motorcycle handling and a valid licence are sufficient. The first stage also helps you become familiar with the bike and local traffic.
How many riders are in the group?+
The tour is designed for four riders. A small group allows personal support and route flexibility.
Is the itinerary fixed?+
No. The route is indicative and may be adapted to weather, road conditions, experience and the group’s interests.
Does the journey include off-road riding?+
Most riding is on roads, but light gravel and village tracks can be included depending on conditions and the group’s ability.
What does the price include?+
The motorcycle, accommodation, breakfast and dinner, soft drinks, coffee, planned fuel and entrance fees, guide, mechanical support and airport transfers.
Are flights included?+
No. Each participant arranges their own flights, travel insurance and personal expenses.
